Superior Service

Bought a dryer from Superior Service , SSM MI for my business & it didn’t work. They don’t provide you a replacement but have to try & fix it under warranty, supposedly a manufacturer (Whirlpool) policy. They say our wall plug in was defects so that may have caused issues with the new Whirlpool dryer. Well we are using our old dryer until the newly purchased dryer is fixed. The old dryer still works so I don’t accept Superior Service’s reason. We bought a high end washer from them within the last year. This may be our final purchase from them.

He was in and out in 5 minutes. I know that sounds like there was nothing wrong but there was He just knew how to solve it very fast!

I called to inquire and Stephanne was really helpful and sweet. She was really knowledgeable, informative and attentive. I was shocked at how kind and polite she was compared to many other places I've called and people I've talked to; it was a nice change.

Polite, professional and fast service. We live out of state and own a rental property in the Soo. As luck would have it our tenants refrigerator stopped working. I called them at 3pm and while speaking to them on the phone they promptly went and checked their inventory to see what they had in stock to fit the dimensions that we needed. I was able to pay for the refrigerator over the phone and the refrigerator was delivered that same day, within an hour after purchase! Great business and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone!!

We were able to get service within the week. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly! Glad to have a working washing machine- we will use them for any future needs.
