Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing

Edgar and Victor from Nigel Mulgrew came to my home to replace yet another toilet. I was so pleased the first time, I had them do it again. And I have to give a shout out to Andrew at Nigel Mulgrew for once again being spot on with his advice and patience in helping me select a toilet. And I can’t forget Dayana who is always so pleasant and helpful to talk to when calling the company. The whole team were, as always, professional, courteous and did an excellent job. Plus, they were able to get the toilet ordered and installed before the holidays. I have to admit that it’s been difficult over the years to find a trustworthy plumbing company and I am so glad that Nigel Mulgrew was recommended to me by a friend and that I decided to call them.

Normally, I get a well qualified crew to operate cameras investigating sanitary, sewer lines, but this project I don’t feel we got experienced operators and they didn’t have the right equipment for the job. I provided drawings showing 4 inch and 6 inch pipe pipes that need to be investigated, but the camera was not able to go farther than about 45 feet due to the small camera cable size in 4” and 6” pipe. The operator failed to put a ball on the camera to keep it out of the water, so the videos aren’t very useful and determining if there is water in the pipe and showing the amount of water in the pipe Mulgrew do reach back out to us and deducted 30% of the bill due to our issues and we would recommend them to others.
