Marlon and team came initially for a snake cam inspection due to sewer stoppage under the crawlspace and found major cast iron pipe under the house was severely corroded and leaking in the crawlspace. A whole section of cast iron pipe was taken out and replaced with modern ABS piping. However down the line there was clay pipe that was also flooded. This damn house was build in 1955 and perhaps older sewer pipes with pre-existing foundation on an older home prior. After a sewer clean-out built for further cleaning and inspection, multiple spots along the clay pipe had root intrusion causing sewer accumulation and stoppage. Since spot repairs will not solve a near-century old problem as earth movement and tree roots will further compromise the clay pipe, a trench-less repiping was deployed f
