Ryan did pieces for my retail shop. He quotes a fair price and it never changes! Plus, he always completes projects on or ahead of schedule. My wife and I gave Ryan just a brief description and some measurements for the work we needed done. He took that and ran with it! Drawings were sent to us quickly and they were exactly what we were looking for. Can't recommend him enough!

We contracted Ryan Niles to construct an addition to our home , contract to be complete in 2months, constantly a delay in construction, price changed several times, hired workers that stole a substantial amount of cash from our home , drywall work was horrible and we had to pay to have the whole thing redone, decided we would be better off having someone else complete the job, this was a process of 5months, horrible experience would never recommend, and as of today Ryan Niles has yet to pay the Electric Compnay that he subcontracted $4000+
