Stopped in one day on a recent trip. I needed an additional hand-held ham radio. I looked for a Ham radio store and found Niles. The owner showed me what he had for sale. Then he told me he only deals with MURS systems because ham radios are cheap like the radios you buy at Walmart. Ham radios are not cheap, plus you can't buy them at Walmart. Certainly, I will not be back for anything.

5 stars isn't enough! To start they offered their expertise over the phone to help trouble shoot my problems but I inststed that I needed professional help after trying so many other compaines and services without success :) John from Niles radio was so helpful and provided amazing service. They had a very busy schedule when I called but made time to come to my residence in Oak Creek Canyon to help me with terrible cell reception and horrible internet. It was evident from start to finish that this is a great company to work with. John meticulously crafted solutions to meet my needs in a very technologically limited area.
