brought in a comforter that I had bled on (which is already very kind that they’d take) and they told me there was a possibility that the stain wouldn't completely come out which is understandable but when I got back it it was better than ever! the workers were so kind and understandable, didn’t make me feel bad at all + they kindly held on to my comforter 2 weeks past the pickup day. overall a wonderful experience and I’d go again!

I brought in 2 items (a jumpsuit and a blouse) and paid $36.87—pricey, but I thought it would be worth it for good service. I had just one request: please remove a small pea-sized yellow stain. When I picked up my clothes, the stain was still there. I took it back, and only then was I told, “I can’t remove it.” If that was the case, why not say so upfront? That would have saved me both money and time. Unfortunately I don’t recommend this business!

Dropped off 2 dresses, both brand new with tags, just wanted the wrinkles out, to use for my maternity shoot. One dress came back looking worse than when I dropped it off and the other had stains all over it. When we tried to speak to them about it they refused to issue refund. They offered to try to get stains out of one dress, but we will see how it goes. Being the only dry cleaner in Nipomo they feel they can do whatever they want and treat you however they want. But for now on I will be going out of my way to AG to have my clothes dry clean. Especially since one was very expensive and ruined. If the clothes are expensive, take them elsewhere. Please beware of their poor understanding of materials, fabrics and are extremely rude.

We moved to Nipomo 3 years ago and having using this cleaners. They do a average job; however their prices are a bit high. I drop off 2 hats to have 2 small patch sew on. The man behind the counter said $15 for each hat. I though the was kind of expensive but the hats are a gift. When I pick up the hats today, he charged me $30 a hat. So each patch patch went from $7:50 each to $15:00. My total bill was $60 for 2 hats. The man behind the counter and I exchanged words. Bottom line if you can’t depend on the honesty of the words of a merchant, why would you go to them. I would have posted this to yelp but they are not listed. Customer be ware. We will not be using this establishment any more. His money is more important then his integrity or his customer.

Great service for cleaning and alternations. High quality service and worth the cost to know I'm supporting a local business that supports our community. I found this cleaners during covid when they were featured on the news for sewing and providing hundreds of free mask donations to the public at a time when ALL masks were sold out. This is the type of business we should all be supporting.
