The tech, Juan, came out on Christmas Eve when our ac stopped. We felt terrible even calling for help on a holiday but we had a senior in residence, a large furry dog and company. He came out and was very cheerful and helpful along with getting us up and running again. Great tech and great company!
We have worked with Nis Air for several years in various capacities and they have proven to be professional and conscientious.
Juan did an excellent job. He was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, and went well beyond to make sure the job was finished correctly. I recommend NisAir !
