2 days before Christmas our 6 month old Samsung TV had a power unit failure. Samsung Care recommended NisiUSA to fix our tv, and in less than 48 hours we had a service guy out to our house to fix it. He was very quick to communicate, on time and professional. The tech knew exactly what to do. It took a total of 10 minutes to swap the bad power unit for a new one and boom, that was it, TV working great again. Very satisfied with the service from start to finish. Great with dogs as well!

Bought a new bespoke fridge with beverage center for a great price at Best Buy. Installed and the autofill pitcher section did not work. Samsung warranty process wasn’t very hard. Had email and text confirmation on days for repair. 3 different service guys a few days apart. First one Yun K. Installed parts that didn’t fix and worked for about 2 hours trying. Concluded we probably needed a whole new door panel due to something in wiring. The second guy Jin k showed up the next week and came up with the same conclusion. Both called ahead of time to make sure of when they would be arriving the day. Third appointment I didn’t not get a text with the persons name, but did get a phone call saying when he will be here. If Samsung offers you this team ask for another contractor. The dishwasher was leaking from the front and they wanted to change the pump the lines. The service from this team made me realize buying a Samsung and then dealing with this team is not worth it in any way. Recommendation is to buy another brand or find another company to do the repair.

The technician, Robert, arrived right on time and was extremely professional. Within just 10 minutes, Robert diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. NISI USA came out last year in response to our new Samsung free standing stove’s failure of display and control unit. I had only seen 1 bug, but they said it failed due to an infestation. They said that those parts would not be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. I would have to buy the parts and pay for svc to replace the parts. I was absolutely horrified at the existence of any kind of infestation, and at the price to repair it. 3/4 of the cost of the whole new stove. I immediately called a pest company who came out and did a great job. No visible bugs anywhere. However, as I am just on Social Security, it took months before I could pay for the repair. The stove was now completely out of warranty. When I called Samsung to arrange for the repair, they again sent NIS
