Nixon Carpet

August 2021 we were shopping around for flooring for out new house. In September I entered Nixon Carpet and spoke to Jim Nixon regarding some flooring. He said he had a special price on some Paramont flooring at 2.75 a square foot. I told him ok I will take a sample of the flooring that is on sale. He gave me the sample of Paramont flooring in the color of Garden Stone RC109 to take home and see how it looked in my house. After having the sample a few days I went back to Nixon Carpet and told him I would take it and asked when I could expect it. He stated it would be in October 2021. October came and went and our flooring still hadn't arrived. October 15th I went in to Nixon Carpet and spoke to a different man also named Jim. He was covering for Jim Nixon who was in Paris. 11 and 12 Jan 2024, Best Price in town, including labor. The team that did our entire 1st floor was the best I have ever seen. They were all in sync with each other. They wasted no time while they were here. It was the easiest company we have ever worked with. Thank you to all of the guys that were here.

We first used Nixon for hardwood flooring and they did an excellent job. We later continued to use them for 2 different styles of floor tile and carpeting throughout the rest of the house. We further used them for a relative's home to replace all carpet and tile. They are wonderful. All flooring projects are complete. Jim's crews have always been on time and professional. Great installs on all products. He has the best prices/quality around. They are a small business with a lot of activity. Sometimes things may go a little slower than with a big generic company, but Jim and his crews always make sure to communicate and do a top notch job. I would easily recommend them for hardwood, carpet, and tile.

Jim called the Evening, before and said that the workers will be at my home by 9am. And it is 11:20 am STILL WAITING. No call or nothing far as communication🤬🤬😡. My time is valuable as well as the next person. UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!
