He takes your money, lies, can’t show any evidence that anything has been ordered for your home, lies about pulling permits, and then can’t pay you back or just deliver products that you hired him to install. The “window company” he purchased my windows from takes a very long time. He refuses to tell me the company or even brand of window for fear of me calling them to complain about the timeline. I had to call the permitting office on my own to find out he was lying to me about pulling a permit. He gave me information that was completely wrong just to buy more time. I’ve been asking him for over a month for a refund and it’s the same thing over and over. He can’t. He doesn’t have my money. It’s been 5 months since he “ordered my windows” and he STILL cant giv

DO NOT contract with this business, you will regret it when it is too late. Nixon Lajoie, will get your money, rapidly demolish your kitchen and then do as little as possible of the promised work, later you will need to spend weeks, months in my case, to follow up with him. He will not answer or return your phone calls, he will not text you back and he will provide you a zillion excuses for not delivering on time. I hired him last July 2022, and 6 months later, today January 18, 2023, he has not even completed 50% nof the job, but he is tricky enought to get you extra money for speeding up. He already got 72% of the total cost contracted wiith me, and still owes me 50% of the job. I hired Nixon for a high rise condo renovation in Ft Lauderdale. Early on Nixon did well but within a month of beginning the excuses and delays piled up. I’ve done building renovations in TN for decades and have no idea how I missed the terrible social media reviews on Nixon. After falling behind by 3 months on a four month project, Nixon and his subs just disappeared. One sub actually said Nixon fails to pay them, when I already paid Nixon. I believe Nixon is a combination of very poor business manager, a poor contractor professionally and a slick scam artist. Save yourself some time and heartache by avoiding Nixon Home Improvement.

Worst contractor. Unreliable. Owes a refund for $13,000 which we will never see. A few weeks work took 6 months snd still not finished. Pictures of three baseboards in my house, but the whole house looks like this. NEVER USE HIM. LIES ALL THE TIME.
