This company was contracted by VIP Structures to provide ALL plumbing installation services for our newly constructed 15.000 sq ft child care center in central New York. Three years after construction completion I noticed we have a significant leak in the ceiling and a copper water pipe entering the building has a corrosive connection in one of the pipes. This was caused by poor workmanship as the plumber did not wipe the joint clean at the T connection and it developed corrosion and began to leak. . I called Donte at NJ Jones plumbing to let him know and he responded “sorry” and didn’t offer any assistance and said he was to busy to help..” you should call someone else” . Jason was on time and spent time explaining what needed to be done and then got to work. He pointed out a few other things, that could be done in the future but didn't pressure me at all. I was dreading calling a plumber, but now I have one! Highly recommend!
