We were very happy with the team members that came to our house to install the Generac full house generator!!! Kyle the Electrician and his team were amazing. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided exceptional customer service. They were also neat and cleaned up after themselves. Job well done by NJ home services. From the call to NJR explaining we are hearing a sound coming from our furnace when starting up, the young lady we spoke to was pleasant and courteous she put us on schedule for repair & also put us on a standby cancellation list when I explained my wife’s asthma is affected by cold temperatures. Within 2 days we received a call that the repair tech was on his way. Tech arrived, Mike, did a fantastic job correcting our problem. Mike was knowledgeable friendly and a pleasure to have in our home. .We have been with company about at least 15 years and have very happy with the NJR HOME SERVICE contract. I would recommend them to anyone.

We converted from oil heat to gas, needing gas line installation into our home, removal of an antiqued large, heavy oil furnace system, new thermostats, new gas heating 2 zone system and all the labor/knowledge/hard work that it requires, as well as converting our chimney to accommodate the system. The crew doing each job were the best. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, on time, hard working, cleaned up "everything" and took all the time we needed with our questions being 1st time gas customers. NJR and all the crew are excellent at what they do and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience with NJR Home Services! Jason, our technician, was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He carefully diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure our heat was fully restored and running efficiently. His attention to detail and attitude really stood out—I was happy to give him a $100 tip for outstanding service. NJR is lucky to have technicians like Jason!

The technician was very courteous, professional, and informative. The repair was performed in a timely manner and my HVAC sounds much quieter, as it no longer makes a high pitched sound when the heat turns on. I am very happy. Some other companies have tried to sell me a new unit years back. I feel with NJ Resources that is not the case, and I trust in them.
