Service is highly unreliable. It doesn't matter if you have a regular weekly schedule or "Confirm" an appointment, they skip weeks or don't show up for weeks. No one answerd and did not return my call after leaving message. I emailed them and they told me that they would mow tomorrow at no cost. This email chain was in July, with the last email on July 11. They never showed up again or returned any messages. Their response to this review was that they claim they emailed in June about not servicing the area anymore. I did not receive such message and why was I told the job would be complete in early July???
