I used Nimz Construction for flood restoration as well as mold inspection. Shane and all his subs were very experienced in restoring my home back to the original quality. Not only were they able to find my exact 26 year old baseboards, they matched the paint throughout the restoration process. They were very familiar with mold detection and treated the surfaces before restoring the baseboards, walls and cabinetry. I appreciated their patience in explaining the process of the restoration and assurance that I was free from future mold growth. I also appreciated the respect shown to me by all the workers while I was living upstairs during the restoration. I would recommend Nimz Construction to anyone needing restoration or remodeling.
