Absolutely the best air condition & heating company in Howard County. Most ethical in the business. Great customer service and never a questionable charge. Did our recent ac replacement for a great price and great service therafter. We have used a highly recommend them to all our family, friends, neighbors and our customers for over 2 decades. They never disappoint and always provide outstanding customer service.

Our compressor died on our system and we called No Frost to come in and check it out. They came within two weeks because it had to be ordered and put it in in half a day. The guys who came were friendly and very efficient. They were careful moving around in the plants outside and make sure that they cleaned up after themselves. We have dealt with No Frost for many many years and they are the ones that we turn to whenever we need any kind of help. They are good people And the service is always stellar

No-Frost is a fantastic HVAC service company. I lost my heat today and they quickly sent a service tech who was able to accurately identify and fix the problem. They provided excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I have used them for our HVAC needs for over 10 years. My experience with them seems to be getting better and better. Recently I have both heat pump and furnace replaced. Their price was very reasonable and service was excellent. They came on time and conduct their business very professionally from beginning to end. I had two issues with my new furnace after the installation. They came out early next morning and resolved the issues and explained what caused them. It turned out none of them was their fault. This company deserves a 5 star for their expertise, customer service and installation. I have been a customer for many years and I would only use No Frost for any of my A/C and heating needs. I really can't say enough about this great company. They have always been professional, friendly, informative when explaining what needs to be done and they have always fixed problems quickly. A few years back when I needed a new heat pump No Frost came and discussed the different possibilities with me. For my wants and needs a new mid-range energy-efficient unit was recommended.
