I called him to unclog the shower drain (which had been problematic since I moved in two years ago and had become no longer functional over time), and now it runs perfectly. He came to fix it that same day that I called. He also fixed my toilet and installed a new seat while he was here. I think it works best to text details (name, address, and what you would like done, when you will be home) in the morning and then call so he can fit you into the schedule that day. I'm so happy with the service today and will definitely call again when the need arises. Thank you!
