Called because of the good reviews. Talked with Shelby last week. She called me on Saturday 2/14 to tell me they would be out on Thursday 2/19 at about 10AM and would call at around 9Am when they were on their way. No call at 9, so when 10 AM rolled around with no call or anything, I Decided to call her to see if they were still coming out. she seemed confused and unaware about the appointment. When I asked why she did not at least call and let me know, she went on telling me about the recent rain we had and how backed up they were. I said at least you could have called to let us know. She went into a tirade of all the people she already called today and asked if I wanted to see her call schedule in a very snotty tone and attitude. Told her I did not want to work with her or any company

Noah's Arc did a great job on our gates and fascia repair! We have been doing various home repairs/upgrades and have had some difficultly finding someone who wants to take on a job, but they were on it as soon as I called! Communicated the whole way through and did quality work.

I have used Noah’s Arc several times In this past year. This husband and wife team is very professional, They show up on time and are prepared to go to work! I had a plumbing issue in which the hot cold mixer valve needed to be replaced on the tub shower combo! This was on a 25 year old home, located in an area that has hard water and calcium buildup, it took a little while to pull out and replace the cartridge and they got the job done ✅ In less than an hour. I don’t have much patience when it comes to plumbing that’s why I always call a professional. This team knew what they were doing, They didn’t cuss or complain Of how hard it was or boy I’ve never seen anything quite like this? They cleaned up after themselves. Noah and Shelby are awesome and a trustworthy young couple who make a great team. My mom and I had lots of little things needing attention and they took care of everything on our to do list and very reasonable price. We will definitely call them in the future. Linda and Ash
