Do not park here. Parked and immediately paid on line. Was given a ticket an hour later with a large impossible to remove sticker on windshield. Sent proof of payment to company. No response until I wrote again and complained wanting a response. Took away extra fees. Also, so small and cramped spots, high risk of car damage.

Our car was scratched right under a camera. Someone hit us and just left the parking spot. We called support, and it turned out that the camera didn’t record. So it doesn't make any sense to call the police. So now we can’t find the person responsible. You leave your car and might not find it in the same condition. They are so strict about ensuring everyone pays, but they can’t provide security for their users. It was a terrible experience—I would not recommend this parking spot. We now have to pay for the repairs to our new car, which we bought two months ago.

Single lane, cramped parking garage. I like that they have a QR code to scan and pay for parking, but good Lord, ya got a channel your Austin Powers driving skills to get around in there.

It's basically a scam. It's $4 for 15 minutes and if you're there a second later it's $45 for the whole day. We parked there for one hour and got charged for the whole day. Their customer service is a voice message of some dude telling you not to bother to leave a message because it'll take him 72 hours to get back to you. And I can't imagine it would be much help anyway.

Do not park there. We got our car opened. Bad luck for them to go through all the inconvenience of getting everything out to not to find absolutely anything. You go to this places to have your car more secured and it turns out is easier to break in it
