I’m really glad I went with Nolan & Sons Carpet Cleaners to get my office carpets cleaned in Kansas City. Jason was friendly, right on time, and worked quickly and efficiently! I was especially thankful they could fit me in on short notice and made scheduling an appointment for the next morning so easy. As soon as Jason arrived, he gave me a clear estimate, and once I agreed, he got started right away. The whole process was finished in about an hour. I liked how careful he was, even using fans to help the carpets dry faster, and he really went above and beyond by helping remove an old ink stain from a chair cushion. i had both of my large 10x14 rugs cleaned by nolan & sons carpet cleaners, one after the other, over the past several months. i'm really happy with how clean they got my rugs, and i liked the pick up and delivery service. jason was professional and friendly. he made sure to set up a time that worked best for me, which made things easier. he also called ahead to let me know he was on his way. the delivery of my freshly cleaned carpets was smooth, too. i have two dogs who sometimes have accidents, but now there’s no smell and the dogs don’t even sniff the rugs anymore. overall, i'm very satisfied with the carpet cleaning service.
