I hired him to cut down and remove the tree. Which was cut down. Another tree that was hidden was hitting my power line and I asked him to cut down. He cut half of it. And i paid extra to finish cutting it down. Half of the tree was removed. And they were supposed to come back and remove the remaining tree and finish cutting the smaller tree down. A week later nothing happened. My maintenance guy finished cutting the smaller tree down which I had to pay for. Almost 4 wks later the other half of the tree has still not been removed. I have text messages on his excuses. Now it's gonna cost me over 200 dollors to remove the rest. My house was damaged by the last hurricane. Roof is still not fixed. Saving money to fix it. Joseph responded to my message within 30 minutes to set up a quote and the job was done in a matter of just a few days. They have excellent communication, great prices, and do really nice work. The crew was efficient,respectful, cleaned up the job site well, and did a great job. I had two large oak trees cut down and the stumps ground down. Joseph even ground a couple of extra small stumps for me while he was here. I’ve had a couple other tree removal companies out and really was not satisfied with their work or professionalism.
