I watched and listened while my sister paid this company $539 she was told this company would be at their house at 8 a.m. next Monday morning. As of 1 pm that day, no one showed to start the job. Never even got a call saying they would be late or come start the next day. NOTHING! Her realtor stopped by their work center as no one there would answer the phone. When he got there, the doors were locked and no one was there (at 4 pm.). I am SO glad website reviews like this one exist! There are SO many people and businesses out there that are SO inconsiderate of their customers.

July 24 2014 NOR-CAL Concrete - a referral from a landscaper who had previously used them. I called to get a bid on residential concrete work.. long driveway and patio. Spoke to the owner Ricky. Ricky said he would drop by before he goes on vacation next day. Never showed or called. A week later the receptionist called to schedule an appointment out of the blue.. thought I would give him a chance because things happen in life. Receptionist made appoint for 10am next day. Ricky was a no show. I called receptionist at 11am to see where Ricky is at.. she said she would call back.. never did. ................. Sounds great to me.. makes deciding who not to use a lot easier for me.

Chris Lininger, owner, was paid for his work with SWAN pools and stated to me that he would return to finish installing the drain to eliminate the slope of the concrete into my garage (which they formed and poured). Several calls and they never showed to fulfill their work. Do not trust him or his company's work.
