Norato Roofing has given an excellent service to our home! I’m am beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship on the new roof! They are genuine, hardworking and superior in service to all others! I didn’t even go to anyone else for estimates bc I knew quality is priceless! And pricing was spot on!! I no longer have to come home and worry if my roof is going to hold on another day! Norato Roofing is an awesome company to work with. I called them because my roof needed to be replaced due to wind damage. Elias came from Sanford all the way to Hope Mills to meet with me. Elias communicated with me via phone and text and was very prompt. The process was effortless and the bid for the job was very reasonable. Elias walked me through what I needed to do and kept me informed of dates/times, and any changes that came up with the schedule due to inclement weather. These guys just roofed the third house for me over the last five years. These guys run a first Class operation. Elias, the man running the crew, is a great communicator.
