Want to give a quick thanks to Tony who has been very helpful. He came out for a free inspection, gave me a lot of good info and advice. While I haven't had the opportunity yet to have them work on my chimney/HVAC yet, they will be my first call thanks to their helpfulness.

Bought a new heat and glow fireplace to replace my old one. It was 27 years old and was time for a new one Tom and Crew did a great job. I took the old one out and with some advice from Tom had everything ready for the new install took a few hours and everything was great. I was very surprised at the upgrades that were made in the fireplace. I chose to install the surround myself

I've had two furnaces installed by Nordines over the past year. Their staff are professional, keep a clean work place, and go out of their way to provide quality service. Same story as some of the other recent posters. Ordered a new gas insert fireplace in October and paid half down. Then when the expected install date of early December passed and I hadn't heard anything, went out to the place and was told that they would be checking on why it hadn't been delivered yet. Called two weeks later when I hadn't heard anything and was again told that they would check on it. January came and the same scenario played out. Begin documenting all interactions as I realized something odd was going on. Every week I would call or go out there in person, and each time I was told the company hasn't delivered and they would call them and then me later in the day.
