Norfolk Kitchen & Bath Braintree

We recently contracted Norfolk Kitchen & Bath to do a complete renovation of our master bathroom, and we could not be happier. From the initial design process with Danielle we felt at home with her guidance, and she made the entire experience fun and enjoyable. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable, and put us on the right path with regard to our budget, design expectations and really helping us to understand how the entire process works. Right from the beginning, we knew we had reached out to the right company. We had an amazing experience with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath! They did an amazing remodel of both our kitchen and main bath. Torrey, our designer was superb. He made tasteful recommendations and really transformed our space in to something magazine quality. All of the Norfolk team and their subcontractors were timely, polite and did exceptional work. John the Norfolk carpenter did some amazing work. He encountered a few carpentry puzzles during our project but solved every problem beautifully. Dave, the project manager, was communicative and kept us informed every step of the way. We highly recommend!!!

We had a bathroom completely redone. From beginning to end, our team - Hilary Ridge (designer), Steven Costa (PM), Kelsea (PMA), & Kevin & Matt (carpenters) - was a Dream Team! Hilary brought our vision to paper by listening to us carefully & thought of things we never would have thought of. They were all professional, personable & kind (very important to us), punctual & kept on track. They underpromised & overdelivered in every aspect including timeline!! we highly recommend this team! If you’re on the fence, please go talk to them! (and their price was in line with 3 others but their service was far superior right from the start!!!)

We had a wonderful experience with Norfolk Kitchen & Bath in Braintree for our remodel of two bathrooms. Our designer Paul was extremely helpful with picking out materials for the project and maximizing the use of our space. We had excellent communication from our project manager, Steven, and the entire Norfolk crew were very respectful of our home. Our project came out on budget and on time and we couldn't be happier with the result. I would highly recommend Norfolk for future bathroom renovations!

The Norfolk team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the end results. Designer Tong was wonderful to work with and helped us confidently choose materials and finalize layout. Project Manager Steve Costa did a great job managing multiple priorities, keeping us informed on scheduling and making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The craftsmanship really stood out - carpenters Kevin and Matt did excellent work on the cabinets and window installation. We highly recommend Norfolk and look forward to working with them again on a future project!
