Really enjoyed working with Norfolk Paving. Al St. Peter was an outstanding salesman and consultant early on helping us map out our dream driveway and the owner, Joe and his hard working team made it come to life. We had an agreement to complete my project in two stages: first the base layer, and then, after my landscapers finished the yard, he would return to apply the finish layer. He was worried I wouldn’t call him back for the second stage since he said many customers never do, but I kept my word and called him to finish the job. Unfortunately, I regret hiring this company. They spilled oil on my vinyl fence and left my driveway with many low spots. The asphalt quality is questionable—just parking a trailer for a week left deep tire marks. Either cheap material was used or the job was done under the wrong conditions.
