Chris was responsive, professional, and gave me great value for the service performed. The team that did the install was outstanding. We installed 2 new vents in two rooms because we had a problem with airflow in those rooms. The rooms were spotless after the job and the work looks terrific. But most of all, the rooms now have even airflow now. I went to several companies for bids and I'm very glad we chose Norm and Sons.
