My husband and I reached out 5 different occasions. Called, text, and emailed. We got a phone call back. We did talk to someone twice. Asked him for a rough quote to give to the bank. To start the building loan paperwork to build our forever home in the Spring/Summer. So we talked to him twice right? That means every other attempt has gone unanswered not only that we haven’t gotten our quote. He said he would go home to resend it probably got the email wrong. That was last week. Don’t tell a potential client something, and not follow through AND then ignore them.

One of Norm's drivers was speeding down our farm/animal filled country road as I stood with small child and a puppy mere feet from the side. I contacted the company and Norm replied via email to call his cell at my convenience. I did; he told me the man was sent home for the day. Thank you Norm, for taking my concerns seriously and acting upon them. You can bet that I WILL do business if the need arises, and will send anyone I know your way! CL

Unreliable arrogant businessman. Promised to do a pour Sept 20 one day after project house was jacked, “ slow leaked” the agreed upon work for 2 months, then bowed out in the end citing an excuse of too much work. This set back our framing of project into the winter months. Norm Vetter proved himself totally unreliable in this instance. I would never, ever recommend this guy to anyone.

The men who did the work on two jobs in our neighborhood were focussed and professional, and did high quality work.
