Norris Heating & Air Conditioning

Norris Heating and A/C has serviced our home heat and A/C for many years. No matter what time, day or night, if you call, someone will come. Purchased a new unit a couple of years ago and we absolutely would be lost without it. They came out installed it and left everything all tidied up. We couldn't have asked for a better installation experience.They are very professional and know a Heat and A/C unit inside out. Thanks a bunch Norris. Highly recommend!

Was not good but very understandable, after the third day of expecting a service tech, I imagine the owner, or experienced tech let me know I should contact the company where I bought my unit. I have no problem with that, I feel one should train their people if your not going to service other a/c issues than don't advertise you are. From family members I know, and friends I would recommend this company, it did not work out for me but, convenience does not always dictate and to be perfectly honest, I commend him for being loyal to his customers.

Very professional and efficient. Quick response and easy to tell that the young men working knew their trade very well. The fact that they were respectful and courteous just added to a wonderful experience. We had complete new system installed with new duct work. These gentlemen worked 2 days in 96 degree temps to get the job done.

A tremendous job was done. They came in, completed the task, neatly and satisfactory. My home went from no heat to a nice warm home within a few hours. Norris converted me from a propane heating system to air and heating system to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them.

I needed the lines blown clear because the air was leaking through the vents. They said it was too hot to come out. Finally after 2 weeks someone came out, they did some work, leaving a piece of the unit in the driveway and the AC not working unveknownst to us until after work (after 5) so we have no air, and no way to get in contact with someone until morning. It's one night of discomfort but there definitely should have been some communication during those 2 weeks or a temp solution so we wouldn't have to have buckets out for 2 weeks, and something said if they were going to leave hardware in the drive, and us without use of the air in 80 degree weather.
