Pridgen Power installed my generator 4 years ago. I've had no issues with it at all. Not many power outages since it's been installed, but when there has been, the generator works very well. They come once a year like clock work to do the yearly service. Very happy with my Generac and the service Pridgen power provides.

Thomas Pridgen and team installed my generator last year. Their customer service and communication make owning and maintaining it a breeze. They monitor the generator's performance on their end and can alert customers of any issues that arise. The app also makes it easy to keep tabs on the status of the system. Self test runs every week to ensure system is operating at peak performance.

I had another company install a whole house generator but they didn’t finish the job correctly. Thomas came out promptly and resolved the issue. It is refreshing to find a contractor that operates with integrity, does what he says he’ll do and responds to issues in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed
