Found myself in need of some flooring supplies and stopped in to this place. Met a guy named Shannon who was so personable and professional and helpful. They have a huge selection and price was literally unbeatable! Shannon got me hooked up and I even saved a significant amount of money from what I was expecting to pay. Everything about this experience was great and flawless! I can guarantee every flooring need I will have in the future will be coming through these guys! 5 star service for sure!!

Jimmy is easy to work with. Great communication and he goes the extra mile to make sure you are a satisfied customer. We used this place for both carpet and solid surface flooring for our home. Jimmy was able to do our carpet install the day after we ordered the carpet!

We gave Jimmy at Fort Smith Flooring a call on a Tuesday. He came by the next day and gave us a very reasonable quote. The following day he came back to rip up the flooring we needed to replace and he brought the new flooring swatch for us to approve. When the flooring came in they had it installed in a few hours. We’re very happy with the finished floor. Will definitely be using Jimmy and his team for future projects.
