After years of problems, James with Norris Septic was able to diagnose and fix our system within 2 days. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair quickly. Would definitely use and recommend him again.

Submitted request on Angi's and received a callback almost immediately. Got onto the schedule within a few days and was provided with cost estimates for best and worst case scenario. Actual cost ended up being nearly the same as the estimate and James/his team were very professional, helpful, and hardworking. They did a clean out and had to replace a line which required digging up around the septic, but they completed everything within a couple hours. Would highly recommend!

Purchasing an older home, had Norris(Honeydipper) come to do an inspection. All they did was open the lid and say “needs cleaned” then proceeded to walk around the yard and find absolutely nothing worth any value to me as a buyer. This was all after the showed up 3 hrs late in the dark. Don’t call, don’t recommend.
