I visited the physical store front and had a blade key cut. Dave was great, he was able to cut the key and made sure that it worked within 5 minutes. The price was very fair and they were left with a very satisfied customer. So much better than the big box stores.

I needed a ford key cut and he was able to do it quickly and inexpensive. Great Guy and professional. I will never go back to the quick cut places in the hardware stores again.

Horrifying experience! I dropped off an ignition switch in mid-January and tried calling EIGHTEEN times until mid-March when I finally got it back! Not one call ever returned. Some of my calls were intentionally rejected even. I really can't rate or review the service. When I got it back ten weeks later I still have no key that works so I can't say if they're any good with locks. I CAN say that I wouldn't refer them to anyone!

I was in an unfamiliar place and had locked my keys in the car! I had called another place three times and left a message (30 minutes apart) with no response. With my first call here, I initially had to leave a message but the call was returned in about 3 minutes. I had to wait about 45 minutes (the young man was already on another call and could not come right away) but he quoted me a fair and honest price on the call. I would definitely use this business again even though I hope there’s never a need to call them back.

David saved me a considerable amount of money, fixing a broken key to a Ford Fusion. Does good work. Efficient shop. Recommended.
