I had a very bad experience with this company. They opened my pool, did a great job, but it all went downhill from there. They would charge for weekly service visits that they missed, argue they had come saying they left because the gate was locked. There are multiple cameras on every corner of my home able to prove they never showed up. They would smoke while cleaning the pool, tossing their cigarette butts all over my yard. I would have to remind them to actually test the water & they would argue the water was fine, even though my hair was turning green. On 3 separate occasions I came home to find my pool overflowing because they had turned on the water and left. I ended up paying for unnecessary wasted water and having to clean up my flooded patio.
