I WOULD NOT USE NORTH AMERICAN...THEY MIGHT LEAVE YOU SCRAMBLING FOR ANOTHER MOVER THE DAY OF YOUR MOVE!!! When I called around for quotes, I would only deal with companies that would send a salesperson to my home to assess what I needed to be moved. I was afraid that if I did it via Video or phone call, I would end up with surprise charges. Little did I know there were worse things than surprise charges! The salesperson who came to my home was Todd (I'm located in Dallas, TX). He was professional, and I felt confident that he knew what he was doing...WRONG!!!! I signed the paperwork, and a couple of days prior to the move, North American charged my credit card the full amount owed. * Maegan and Dalilah were very easy to work with, kept me informed about the move process, and were always available to answer any questions I had about the move. * North American was willing to price match and negotiate the price. * North American was on time; they showed up when they said they would. * The packers were very careful to wrap our stuff to make sure nothing would break. * The truck driver Marcus and crew worked very hard to load and unload our goods, and did it all in a timely fashion (1 day to pack, 1 day to unpack). * The final weight of the move exceeded the estimated weight (12,540 lbs vs. 11,623 lbs), but fortunately the final price did not increase and the original "not-to-exceed" price was honored. Overall good experience with North American Van Lines. They moved our household goods from Texas to Washington. Communication was good with both the company and the driver. Our possessions were loaded and handled with care.

Moving out of state, we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. The moving team was efficient, handled everything with care, and showed great respect for our belongings and the property. They made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend.

I could not have been more impressed with A1 Freeman. Lots of sketchy moving companies but this one is incredible. Out of state move and not one item damaged or lost, professionals doing it the right way! Plus the coordinator and move team were excellent at communication at all stages of packing and moving. And their prices were reasonable and competitive.
