Zero understanding what a deep cleaning look like. Zero understanding what a customer service is about. Charged my VIP clients $750 but left the house in the same filthy condition as before the "cleaning": dirty counters, dust everywhere, doors covered in fingerprints and spills, hardwoods not wiped thoroughly. He costed me very angry clients, $500 out of my pocket for another cleaners and lots of wasted time. When I tried to resolve the issue with him, man says he will be "very upset" if he has to drive back to the house to "touch up a couple of missed spots". It took another cleaning team 4+ hours to "touch up" his missed spots.

Excellent cleaning service for your business or your home. I've used Ross and his company several times in my own personal home and every time I was more than satisfied with the level of cleaning they did. He also offers a carpet cleaning service as well as dryer vent cleaning. Currently I cannot afford to have my house cleaned on a regular basis by a company but when I'm able to again he will definitely be the one I call

Very happy with the carpet and rug cleaning Ross completed for me! He was punctual, thorough and quick. He did four rooms, two sets of stairs, four rugs and two runners in just a few hours! And for much less than I was quoted by another company. He even took the time to explain to me why the way the other company wanted to clean the rugs from my house was unnecessary. He was very kind, as well. Always a plus! I will definitely be using him for any future cleaning needs.

I told Ross, we have a baby coming out of the NICU so I'm willing to pay extra for deeper clean. We only have a 1200 sq ft home. But he charged $400. I communicated what I wanted, and he told me what they can and can not do. When the ladies got here the one who seemed to be in charge was very rude, and I had to point out basic things like a missed window and furniture. (I understand not wanting to be at work, but they straight up didn't do their job. we were actively helping them, and moving stuff around that whole time.)They also missed our ceiling fan, both bathroom fans, our table, my night stand, there was hair on and in our bath tub. If I could give 6 stars I would! Ross was amazing! He came out and worked tirelessly to clean my carpet, he is definitely a wizard or something because my old worn out carpet with pet stains and years of wear and tear looked virtually brand new! Highly recommend!
