Called company again for service, I had them before started cleaning my own pool but never like this company the owner Dave explains every detail and when you call him very responsive. Customer service amazing, if you have a problem, they are out within 24 hours exceptional service. my pool looks amazing clear. they vacuum clean tiles. very happy. would highly recommend.

I was in search of a great pool service company and had spoken to several pool guys, but none compared to North Cape Pool Cleaning LLC. Dave Moore, the owner is a one of a kind person!! You gotta meet him. He will win you over! I was very impressed with his knowledge of what it takes to clean and maintain pools. He was more than willing to teach and help me with many issues that had occurred with our pool installation company. He gave me great advice to alot of my questions regarding my pool. He cares about his clients and loves his profession. Dave Moore does an excellent job! Plus, I love his accent and sense of humor. 🤣

When my husband and I bought my house brand new in 2023 the pool was a mess. The first person I called was Dave and I knew instantly he was our guy and he still is to this day. I can’t say enough about him that would truly describe who he truly is but I’ll try. He’s a very personable man, I’ll be very professional and knowledgeable. He shoot straight from the hip and doesn’t try to sell you on crap that you don’t need and I really love that about him. He is always so eager to help no matter the project whether it’s setting up a new hot tub or putting in a new drain for the pool, he is always there to help. So I will recommend him to anyone.

I can't recommend Dave enough. I called Dave after another pool company failed to properly maintain my pool. Dave came out right away and got my pool looking pristine again. After just a few minutes of talking to Dave, you will quickly learn how knowledgeable and passionate he is about pool cleaning and chemistry which is backed up by his certifications and ongoing training. Dave uses advanced testing for your pool as well as an app to let you know what was done each week including pictures. The app also gives you a notification when they are enroute to your house and when they have finished servicing your pool. If you want a dependable pool service company, look no further. I only wish I found him sooner.
