I had an old but very nice area rug cleaned by them and they did a super job. They picked up the rug, cleaned it carefully in their shop, and returned it in beautiful shape. They kept to their agreed upon schedule and their price was very reasonable. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I am a first-time customer and could not be more pleased with the service that I received from North Coast Carpet Care. My technician, Juan, was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He arrived when he said he was going to and represented himself with the upmost respect for my home and my time. He did a thorough job and explained the process as he went along. In the end, this excellent customer service will keep me coming back for years to come. And it should also be noted that the estimate I was given was much lower than their competitors which was an added bonus.

Second time I hired this company. First time was 3.5… and I decided to do it again. This time my area rugs didn’t have simple stains removed. Dirty water Lines left from the water or steaming process that was recommended to be done in my driveway. I didn’t really want it done in the drive way (I’d rather them be taken off site and done somewhere professional but I guess not an option? I’m not sure) because now they are still wet in my driveway with dirt on back side. Whole thing is just a mess. Then the chairs were done and at first stains were hard to remove and he voiced to me that one chair it can’t be removed- I pressed him about it and he was able to get it out (bc I knew it was actually stain removal residue) which I appreciate but am also confused by. Technician did a great job. Did his prep work cleaning and then clean up. Was very conscientious about making sure Furniture had pads underneath them after the cleaning was done warning me that the tile floor would be slippery as we walked off the damp carpet to the floor. I'll give him an A+. We've also used North Coast carpet Care for the last 15 years.

North Coast Carpet Cleaners were absolutely wonderful! From calling to make the appointment to all the way through our cleaning, North Coast kept us informed the entire time. Would highly recommend for carpet cleaning. 5 Stars!!!
