Called them to ask about having the tree in my front yard cut back, I left a message asking for someone to return my call was returned by Jim who said that they, him and his dad (John), Jim told me it's a family run business, could come over and take a look at the tree in question. Jim asked if I would be home, and I told him I would be. He said they would be here sometime later in the afternoon that day or sometime the next day, but he assured me that he would call me before they came over, it sounded good.
