Dani was impossible to deal with! She neglected to send me product info at all or when promised! She wanted to argue and raise her voice rather than look for a way forward. Try another business

I got the run-around from Dani scheduling a time for someone to come and measure a broken window I need replaced. After agreeing to a day and time window, nobody showed up. Not even a phone call to reschedule. So weird.

Major shoutout to Larry, Dani, and the entire team at North County Window & Door! We had a very big project to tackle and they made this process smooth and stress free! Our client was extremely happy with the final product. We will be recommending them to everyone and look forward to working with them on future projects!

I called this business 3 times needing someone to come out and take a look a two upstairs bedroom windows that need repair. The secretary there on all three times I called stated to me she gave the owner my phone number to call me. The owner never did return my call or leave a message on our answering machine. I finally found a company in Temecula, Ca. who will come and take a look at the issue I have...What POOR customer service not to at least call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!
