I had the great pleasure of working with Michael Teiman. He went through a great show and tell of different products that go into a roof replacement and how installation can vary depending on roof and shingle type. We were replacing a 35 year old cedar shake roof and wanted to get something similar, and the 50 year presidential really popped and the warranty that north creek provides is amazing. He took photos of our roof along with a drone to get an accurate measurement of the roof faces as well as the gutter line. The other great thing about north creek is they also do gutters and have good bundling discounts with the roof, we had a bunch of issues with our existing gutters so this was a great convenience. I was looking for a business that offered a warranty and not a DIY contractor with a truck, a product warranty, good customer service and has been in business for many years. Delorean, the salesman, was a pleasure to work with and knowledgeable about our roof as well. I’m thrilled there was no high pressure sales involved! Very happy, i thought i just needed a repair on my roof because of a leak, but Riley and John were very professional, telling me why it was better to replace the roof instead of just repair it, setting the estimate and telling us about the product we were gonna install. The roofing crew were also very professional, quiet and cleaned after themselves.

Reilly came out quickly to give me an estimate on my roof that needs to be replaced. Unfortunately I cannot afford to use his company at this time due to my financial situation. However, if I could I would certainly use this company based on Reilly’s integrity and knowledge and professionalism. He was thorough and very detailed. He never was pushy or tried to force me into signing anything. He was never high pressured but offered several offers that he thought might work. Reilly was a great representative for his company and very nice to deal with. I felt he was being honest at all times with the process. I wish I had the reducers to hire his companies I’m sure based on my interaction with him, I would be pleased with the work and would get a quality roof.

We had a great experience with our roof installation. The project was completed on time and everything was very well coordinated from start to finish. Elijah was fantastic to work with—he made the estimate process clear and straightforward and walked us through the financing options with ease. Highly recommend!
