We had Mike Fahmie come out and check our Furnace, it was acting up, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, our Furnace is 46 years old and we are going to have him replace with a new one. .. We had the new furnace installed today, it was finished in two hours and we are delighted! Our technicians were knowledgeable, thoural and left no trace that they were here! The new unit is extremely quiet and the house is nice and toasty! We highly recommend Washington Natural Gas for all your needs! Thank you, Carol and Dick Allis

John Palmer was great and good at explaining everything. The 3 installers were hard working. All 4 were kind to me. Asked John to be at the house when the heat pump installers came and he was. When issues came up, he kept me informed. When the install went to a third day because of the safety system problem, John made sure we had heat for the 2 nights which was much appreciated by us. He personally contacted tech support to solve the safety system problem.

This company just installed my new furnace! Good experience from beginning to finish. Matt did a good job diagnosing the problem with the old system and was clear in explaining our options. They had a great team that came to do the job. Serhi was very knowledgeable and Sergay, Oscar, and another worker all worked as a team. They made sure they finished the job and got our heat back before leaving. Will definitely work with this company again.

John Palmer was great from start to finish. The process was seamless and he was very professional. He provided detailed quotes for multiple options and was able to get the system installed in record breaking time. We greatly appreciate John and the team!!

Mr. Palmer showed up about as scheduled, seemed competent, (was a bit quiet,) and did all that our furnace and me needed. i was a bit surprised that he charged $100 for adjusting our control device. Also, when he started to leave, I had to call him back as the control needed a minor button "push".
