We were having concerns of possible mold in the house and called north east mold to help. Joe was very easy to contact and helpful to discuss options and how he can help prior to the appointment . He did a thorough job testing the outside as well as the indoors of our home with high tech equipment and answered all of my questions confidently. Sent a report upon receiving the results and did a follow up call to help us understand the report in full.
