Stay far away from this place. The level of unprofessionalism is unbelievable. The owner acts like he’s doing you a favor just by speaking to you, and any issue you bring up is met with attitude instead of solutions. It felt less like a business and more like a power trip. The products aren’t any better—what we got was defective, dirty, and clearly not inspected before being handed over. And when you try to get help, you’re met with excuses and flat-out refusal to stand behind what they sell. What really stood out was how uncomfortable the whole atmosphere was. Even the employees looked drained and fed up. If the people working there look that miserable, it says a lot about the way this place is run. Great service, outstanding price, and knowledge about the job. Ken is very friendly and pleasant and give advice for my job. Scheduled the rush job and delivered as promised. Price is very reasonable and all kind of landscaping material in inventory. Used in past and use it again without hesitation if future need arise.

Terrible experience, owner is stubborn and rude as they come. Even went as far as disrespecting my wife when simply looking for validation why they wouldn't honor something they claimed they would. Not only a terrible environment for customers but staff came up to us and said, "If he treats you like this can you imagine how he treats his employees" Product came damaged, stained and non refundable. I'll be bringing this matter to the attention of consumer affairs.

I have been dealing Pride landscape supply for 30+ years other than growing a huge business they still treat their customers very well, honest and fair.
