North East Underlayments

If No Stars would be an option, I would chose Zero Stars. North East Underlayments Branch in Warrenburg NY came to my house, the Reiss House Bed & Breakfast, in March 2019 to foam insulate the crawlspace in the basement from freezing. The crawlspace is unfinished, only a few feet tall, and can be accessed from a single staircase to the basement. Prior to blowing the foam with the compressors onto the walls, the contractors did not seal and ventilate the area correctly (which was basically the small entrance to the crawlspace, and one door to the basement, which could have easily sealed off with plastic and duct tape- see pictures), and dust entered the entire first floor living space, making it temporarily unihabitable (see pictures). We had to hire a cleaning service which spent 10 hours

NEU was used by my contract to spray foam my house. The crew was neat and orderly and the owner personally came several times to make sure I was satisfied. My house is unbelievably warm and cozy. It was definitely worth the investment.

Northeast was very professional. We had to level our whole family room which was on a slab. They carefully prepared the original cement by repairing cracks, sanding and sealing the whole area before finishing with leveling cement. We are very pleased with the result.

Used for a spray foam insulation job. Max and Johnathan were great to deal with. On time, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.
