The Tile Man

We could not have been happier with their work. Not only the technical aspects of their work but working with them. After having our bathroom remodeled a few years ago, we realize that they were problems. Lucas and his crew came in and identified many things that were done incorrectly. It was obvious in speaking with them that they knew what they were doing.The job was done quickly, efficiently, and with a minimum amount of disruption to us. It came out beautiful and we have had no problems with the complete replacement of our shower and the tile around our tub.

To whichever tiny man driving the box truck this morning on 787 at 7am, you moved from the middle lane in front of me to the passing lane with no issues. You drove pass 3 vehicles and moved right back over again with no issues. You didn't cut me off, I didn't start tailgating and all was good. I passed you when you went back into the middle lane and something in your itty bitty brain said let me extend my entire arm out of the window and flip her the bird for NO REASON WHATSOEVER! You made me chuckle. And I thank you! l also see now why there is only a 2.7 star rating. If this is your business or your employee....job well done at showing how childish and immature you or your staff are. I hope you get whatever issues you are harboring out and I hope your coffee is cold and bitter!

I have worked with The Tile Man twice - for a slate mudroom floor, and for a glass mosaic kitchen backsplash. Both times, the work was done well and the quality of the work done met my high standards, which is why I feel obligated to give a couple stars. However, the lack of professionalism by the workers, and the way I was actually treated disrespectfully by the owner is what has promped me to write this negative review. It was very difficult to schedule the install dates as they are very busy, and seem to be understaffed and unable to handle the volume. I was very patient about this, and finally scheduled the install weeks after the original estimate.
