I parked at this garage today and it was good experience. Everything is as expected. I was worried to book here at first after seeing all the bad reviews. But my experience is 5 stars. Garage is clean, staff is good and courteous. Parking spots are little tight, but it’s not deal breaker. For the price, it’s the best for this location. I recommend it and will park again here. I booked parking via spot hero. The parking instructions mentioned, medium size SUV is not allowed. But the clearance is good for any vehicle less than 7feet.

Really stupid doesn't allow big trucks to park in here yet they have the space for it. Pretty stupid. They need to change this.

ZERO STARS!!!! I booked through Spot Hero. When I pulled in and scanned the code the gate wouldn’t open. An attendant came over and printed a ticket. He yelled at us to go all the way down. The only spots available were impossible to get into because of the pylons. He directed us to a back area of the garage. Leaving, 4 hours earlier than paid for, the QR code scanned but indicated I owed $31. The rudest man I have ever encountered told me my ticket said 11:16 but my reservation said 11:30. He told me I booked my spot after I pulled in to the garage and after I got a ticket. He would not listen to me when I explained what happened. This man, told me I was lying. He called me a liar several times! As he went to open the gate he was shaking his head saying you’re lying man, I know your lying

Tldr: If you drive an F150 or similar sized SUV/truck, park at the 588 commercial street lot next door run by LAZ parking, should clarify signage for midsized trucks as well They have a sign out front that says "no trucks or oversized vehicles" but they should probably be more specific about that; I drive an F150 supercrew/short bed and was turned away by the front gate attendant saying " no pickup trucks"... I figured the sign meant box/service body trucks as they're garage has a large entrance and very high clearance compared to other garages I've seen in the area, but the attendant was nice and directed us to the lot next door that I mentioned above. Just not sure how they'd handle someone showing up in an objectively smaller Ford Maverick/ranger/Chevy Colorado sized vehicle tbh

Do not park here no matter what you do. We went into the garage to pick up our car and it smells like they were smoking pot. They couldn’t find our key and the key wasn’t in the car. I think it was in the man’s pocket because our car could start. Before we pulled out he kept on asking us if we had the key and was checking the inside the hood of our car. After driving two minutes we realized the keys weren’t in the car like he said. Long story short don’t smoke pot while parking peoples cars. Another safety issue is the door to the check where they keep all the keys was left wide open and unattended for at least 5 minutes. Anybody could steal keys from this garage and the pot smoking employees probably wouldn’t even know the wiser. We are considering perusing legal action to get reimbursed
