My HVAC was causing moisture in my attic that led to mold problem. I called NGE for a 3rd opinion. The first company didn’t even look at my HVAC system, just told me I needed a $2,600 permanent dehumidifier installed. The second company told me my system was old and in such disrepair that I needed a whole new $10,000 to $20,000 HVAC system. As a single mom, neither of these options are in my budget. I called NGE and they came out the same day. Henry Pegg went into my attic and found the problem immediately. My drain had backed up and that’s what had my attic wet. He cleared the drain and checked the ducts and pump, all was good. $100! The best part…he even reinstalled my attic access door!!! We had a noise coming from our unit outside and NGE was out the next day after I called. Jason diagnosed the problem, had the part ordered, and was back before the end of the week to install it. Highly recommend NGE!

Their technicians were very professional and removed the old units and installed the new ones the same day and had them operational the next day. Im very pleased with their job. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend them.

Nick helped me pick out the perfect split system unit and at a great price. Also made sure all would be WiFi connected. My new Carrier unit so quiet and keeps the temp and humidity perfect.
