Brian was absolutely amazing! He will not only do a impeccable service but also make sure you feel comfortable and listen to your concerns! I recommend his service, he took his time, got there on time (even before us), always professional and made sure we had a good laugh every now and then. We were having a problem with smoke coming into our upstairs bonus room at night when the neighbors burn. I had already called two different HVAC companies and they had both looked at the system and said nothing wrong. I had also had a roofing company look at the roof vents and they had said there was an issue with ridge vents, soffit, etc. I decided to call a home inspector in the hopes he could confirm what I was being told. Brian came out and found the problem immediately. It had nothing to do with the ridge vents or soffit. They were fine. It was the HVAC! The return duct had come loose and was letting any smoke in the attic pull into the system and blow straight out into the bonus room. It was a quick and easy fix and was definitely something any HVAC repairman should have found since

Brian is a true professional that is very dedicated to his job. He is very thorough and spent a lot of time during the inspection uncovering any immediate concerns plus also identifying items that may cause problems down the road. His reports were very detailed and well documented so it was very easy for us to present it to the seller with the suggested corrective actions.
