North Grand Ramp

Worst parking garage ever!! No spots available and they still charged me for parking in their garage!!!! I wasn't in there for more than 15 minutes, LOOKING FOR A SPOT THE ENTIRE TIME and they charged me!!! I called the attendant and they said nothing they can do!!!! WORST GARAGE EVER!!!!!! DON'T use them!! We found another garage close by and they were great!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Sketchy parking garage, felt scared for my safety! Can't tell if there was a person in there waiting for me or if they just allow homeless people in there or if it was a prank but someone chased us inside this garage! It was horrifying!! Get some security!!!! Tried to leave and they made me pay even though we left!!

So thankful for the kind staff of this department. Worked with a wonderful woman this morning who's kindness and understanding has truly blessed my whole day. lansing parking services is SO much better than east lansing parking services!!!!!

Went to flower expo parked here but their ride never showed so we drove and walked

Very bad experience with the people at parking office, very rude people who were hell bent on skimming money from me just because their machines didn't work properly, had to park at hourly parking spot and didn't even show some humanity to acknowledge the situation and help me out, stay away if you want to avoid unnecessary drama!!!
