North Idaho Floors

My wife and I purchased carpet for 3 bedrooms hallway and stairs approximately 400sf. There installer came out on the first day at 8am, worked 1 and 1/2 hours, said he needed to go for a Dr appointment. Came back worked 2 hours ago called it quits for the day. Came back the next day and was done in 4 hours. A 1 day job turned into 2. Not professional. If you're going to buy carpeting from them make sure you have your own installer. Not worth the headache.

We've done a lot of work (and will continue to do so) with Justin and his team. Justin is extremely considerate and has helped us through some complicated renovations, always bringing fair resolutions to the table and never making us feel pressured. It truly feels like a local business with a comfortable, neighborly atmosphere. Justin cares about what he does and it shows. He has been accountable and available for us since we started working on our house, and we are grateful to have a reliable go-to for all our flooring needs. Joe, who just recently tiled our shower, is a perfectionist who does amazing work. They are great guys who go above and beyond for their customers and we can't recommend them enough. Honest and ethical company, great local guys, choose them!

Justin is the best! He is a perfectionist and has done a perfect job in laying our flooring. He works around the home's activities and allowed us time to pull furniture from one side of the room to the other for him to finish. Justin is honest and we could leave our home and trust him not to take anything. He cleans up after he is done and makes this project as easy as possible. We will hire him back when we remodel our 2 bathrooms. We would never have anyone else after watching this man work. You will never go wrong in hiring Justin and his team. irs

North Idaho Floors deserves much more than a 5-star rating, so I give it 15 stars, as they not only treat their customers like family, but their products and professionalism are second to none. They are the hardest- working professionals, and we will be sorry to see them go when they finish making our home an even more special castle. My husband and I very highly recommend them!

I am a contractor and my wife worked in flooring, so we know our way around flooring prices and the work involved. When we needed to replace the flooring in our rental, we went to every flooring store in the CDA area. After dealing with the poor customer service at Great Floors, Abby Flooring, etc... it was a refreshing experience to talk to the team at North Idaho floors (We worked with Justin and Tanya). They knew what they were talking about with their product, they allowed us to take multiple large samples to the house for multiple days, and worked with us every step of the way.
